All orders will be received in our exclusive free amberbebe.com tooth bags unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Charges
Australia Post Regular Mail - not traceable & no liablity if it is not delivered - Free
Receipted Delivery by Australia Post Parcel Service - Australia Wide - $4.50
Courier Sydney Metro Only - $6.50
Express Mail within Australia - $7.70 (orders after 2pm can not be guaranteed next day delivery, however we will still send the order but next day delivery can not be certain)
International Air Mail Worldwide - $5.50
Interernational Air Registered Mail - $15.50-$23.40
RECEIPTED DELIVERY offered by Australia Post
We can not be held responsible for your delivery unless you choose receipted delivery. Due to the large volume of deliveries not being received and us taking it upon ourselves to re-deliver it has become too expensive for us to continue with this option.
Receipted Delivery is a signature on delivery service that is available to Parcel Post contract customers.
How it works:
• Australia Post supplies a bar-coded green and white receipted delivery labels.
• The label is affixed to each parcel.
• The parcels are processed through the network with regular parcels; however, they are separated out and upon final delivery a signature is collected. We offer flat rate Australia wide receipted delivery for all orders.
Every order is usually dispatched the day the order or payment has been received. Your order will be dispatched by Australia Post Parcel Delivery Service.
Please Note: Australia Post deliver during normal business hours and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. All items must be signed for upon delivery.
Delivery Times Normal Mail:
• VIC,NSW,SA - Approximately 1-3 business days
• WA,QLD,TAS - Approximately 3-5 business days
• NT, Far North QLD, Far North WA - Approximately 3-7 business days
We are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
