Repairs and Returns

Repair or Replace Procedure:

All products come with  repair or replace guarantee.  We offer a 1 year replacement warranty and are happy to replace your piece within 1 Year of purchase date (proof of purchase required).  After the 1 year expiry we offer a repair service – free of charge.  Send the item to be replaced or repaired to:

Please include your original Purchase Order # or name and current address, so we can return your new necklace to you in a speedy time frame.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return any item in its original packaging within 30 days for a refund. To request a return please send an email to: and we will gladly exchange, replace or refund, exclusive of delivery charges.

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered), or we can also hold a credit against your membership for future purchases if chosen.

When you contact us, please be sure to have available your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return.
